우리의 진정한 영도자 박정희 대통령이 서거하신지가 벌써 31년이란 세월이 흘렀군요. 달력을 보니 바로 내일이 31년 전 그 비운의 날입니다. 고 박정희 대통령께서 비통하게 생을 마감 하신 바로 그날부터 대한민국의 국운은 서서히 쇠퇴했다고 해도 과언이 아닙니다.
우리는 역대 대통령들이 국가와 국민을 위해서 얼마나 헌신했는가를 따져볼 수 있는 성적표를 지금까지 여러 장 받아봤습니다. 양(良)이나 가(可)를 수(秀)나 우(優)라고 우기는 청맹과니들이 들끓는 세상입니다만 대한민국 국민이 매기는 점수에는 허위나 날조가 있을 수 없는 것입니다.
무관심과 망각으로만 허송세월한 우리 모두는 이제라도 정신 차리고 진정 차가운 머리로 현실을 직시해야 할 것 입니다. 재삼 희대의 영도자를 잃은 아픔을 되새기며 비록 지금은 천상에 게시지만 그곳에서라도 이 혼돈의 대한민국을 바로잡아달라고 감히 여쭙고 싶습니다.

A Unique Hero, the late President Park, Jung-hee
Tomorrow, the twenty sixth of October, 2010 will be the 31st anniversary that former president, Park, Jung-hee was assassinated by his right-hand man. It is not an exaggeration that Korea's national fortunes started declining since such unpardonable mutiny. The entire nation of the Republic of Korea have so far received and evaluated about 7 transcripts on former presidents including the incumbent president by which we could look into how much they have respectively contributed to the national development since former president Park passed away. We acknowledge that there have been many blind bird-brains in the society who have intentionally insisted the credits of "C" or "F" for "A" or "B" by putting the cart before the horse. However, under any circumstances, there have been no forgeries in the evaluations and credits the people of ROK have strictly graded. People of the Republic of Korea who have been accustomed themselves to indifference and easy forgetfulness are strongly urged to face up present reality with rational thought and attitude. Commemorating the 31st anniversary of our unique leader's fatal incident, I would like to sincerely solicit the late president Park in the heaven for continued caring for the nation in confusion.
