한국당은 망신 더 당하기 전에 무릎 꿇어야
한국당이 5.18진상규명위원 공모 공고를 하는 순간 나는 한국당을 상대로 공모처분 정지 청구의 소와 가처분 소를 행정법원에 제출할 것이다. 아마도 법원은 내 청구취지와 신청 취지를 100% 인용 판결 할 것이다. 논리가 너무나 명쾌하기 때문이다.
“‘5.18진상규명특별법’ 제3조 6항은 5.18에 북한군이 개입했다는 원고의 주장이 사실인지 조작인지에 대해 규명하라는 국회의 명령입니다. 대한민국에서 5.18에 대해 18년 동안 연구한 사람은 오로지 원고뿐이고, 5.18에 북한군이 개입했다는 연구결과를 낸 사람도 원고 한 사람뿐입니다. 따라서 특별법 제3조6항은 순전히 원고로 인해 설치된 항목입니다. 그런데 원고가 “5.18에 북한군이 개입했다는 황당한 주장을 한 사람이기 때문에 ‘5.18진상규명위원회’에 위원으로 참여할 수 없다"는 황당한 처분이 내려졌습니다. 원고의 연구결과를 반박한 책을 쓴 안종철이 ‘5.18진상규명위원회’ 위원장으로 선임되어 있는 마당에 그에 의해 반박당한 연구서를 낸 원고는 규명위원으로 참여하지 말라는 것은 마치 목장의 결투장을 마련해 주면서 한 사람에게는 총을 지급하고 다른 한 사람에게는 총을 차지 말라는 기이한 처분과도 같습니다. 원고가 규명위원으로 채택되지 않는 한 위 ‘5.18진상규명위원회’는 발족할 수 없습니다.”
한국당에는 들쥐 종자들만 우굴대는가?
만일 국회단위나 정부단위에서 지만원이 배제당하면 국가를 피고로 하여 같은 소송을 제기할 것이다. 5월 단체나 한국당은 냉수들 마시고 공부 좀 하기 바란다. 한국당에는 이런 위험성에 대해 착안한 의원들이 한 사람도 없는가? 정신에는 들쥐 정신이 들어 있고, 머리에는 거머리들만 바글 거리고 있는 인간들이 한국당 인간들이다. 모든 국민이 한국당에 가서 전면 물갈이를 해야 할 것이다. 한국당을 접령한 다음에는 민주당으로 가입하여 민주당을 점령해야 할 것이다. 오월 단체들 역시 “지만원을 배제하는 한, 규명위원회 출범은 불가능하다”는 냉엄한 현실 앞에 무릎을 꿇어야 할 것이다.

The Moment Liberty Korea Party give out public notice on open recruitment of the May 18th Fact-Finding Committee member, I will file an action along with provisional disposition against the Liberty Korea Party for suspension of open recruitment to the Administrative Court. The Court will quite likely be deciding to accept the purport of my claim and the purpose of my application 100 percent, as I am perfectly logical on it.
The Article 3 Clause 6 in the May 18th Fact-Finding Special Law is the National Assembly's order to make an inquiry and investigation on whether plaintiff's contention of 'North Korean troops intervened in the May 18th incident' is true or fabrication. In the Republic of Korea, the only person who made research on the May 18th is the plaintiff himself, and the only person who made the conclusion that North Korea had intervened in the May 18th is the plaintiff himself too. Accordingly, the Special Law Article 3 Clause 6 is a provision established only because of the plaintiff. However, a non-sensical decision was given to me that "the plaintiff is not allowed to take part in the May 18th Fact-Finding Committee as a member because he made an absurd contention that North Korean troops intervened in the May 18th incident". At this juncture when Ahn, Jong-Chul, who wrote a book refuting the plaintiff's research result, is assigned to be chairman of the May 18th Fact-Finding Committee, the plaintiff is being banned from taking part as a fact-finding member even though his research book is being reputed by Ahn Jong-Chul. This is not different from the weird disposition that while they offer a place to fight a dual in a corral, they give a gun to only one man but ban the other man from having a gun. As far as the plaintiff is not adopted as a fact-finding member, the May 18th Fact-Finding Committee is impossible to be inaugurated.

If Jee Man-Won is rejected by any bureau of the National Assembly or Ministry, then I will file the same action against Republic of Korea. I advise you the members of the May 18th organizations and the Liberty Korea Party to study more. Isn't there any member in the Liberty Korea Party who paid attention to this kind of possible danger? Every of Liberty Korea Party's poor wretches are those who have the soul of rats and who have head alive with only leeches. All the patriotic people shall have to join the Liberty Korea Party and reshuffle them. After taking over the Party, all the people shall have to join the Democratic Party and take over them, too. The May 18th organization shall also have to kneel down before the grim reality that "as far as they exclude Jee Man-Won, the fact-finding committee is impossible to be launched".
We Will Turn Over Kim Sung-Tae's Electorial District Upside Down For One Month From Now On.
Today a political rally was held in Kim Sung-Tae's village denouncing his action of treason. The rally is said to be continuing for a month from now through tomorrow and after tomorrow. Around 2 O'clock Wednesday on November 14, I, Jee Man-Won, will be joining. I would like to ask more of the patriotic people come and join there, including those who attended previous rally held near Kim Sung-Tae's office on November 7. Please come and take part in the rally tomorrow and after tomorrow, too.
The place is near Han-Kang(river) Jai apartment, 1500 Kayang-dong, Kangsuh-koo. His indiscreet action like that of construction crew to cover up the fact of North Korea's criminal invasion into South Korea is indeed an obvious treason to the country.
