       김진태는 패했는가? 그에게는 할 일 많다

 

많은 애국진영 인사들이 김진태의 압승을 진단했었다. 하지만 붉은 언론들은 김진태를 언제나 3등으로 보도했다. 그리고 결과는  보도내용 그대로 나왔다. 음모라는 생각이 스친다. 4명이 경쟁한 김준교 청년당원도 3만 6천여 표를 얻었는데 모든 지역에서 열린 전당대회장에서 시종 압도적인 인기를 누린 김진태가 2만5천 표를 얻었다는 것은 상식에 어긋난다.

 

 이 세상의 모든 시스템은 성악설을 근본으로 하여 설계된다. 누구나 아는 3권 분립, 공신력이 있다는 입법, 사법, 행정이 서로 견제하는 시스템이 권력 독주를 예방하는 기본 메커니즘이다. 권력 독주를 견제한다는 의미는 도둑놈 심보를 견제하는 것이다. 양심에 따라 재판한다는 판사들도 도둑놈 심보를 가지고 있다. 그래서 2심이 1심을 견제하고, 3심이 2심을 견제하는 것이다.

 

그런데 참으로 한심한 것은 이번 선거 관리 시스템이다. 핸드폰과 투표관리실의 컴퓨터 사이에 이루어지는 투표는 그 자체가 불법이다. 핸드폰을 가진 사람들이 무슨 장난질을 치는지, 컴퓨터를 가동하는 사람들이 무슨 장난을 치는지, 아무도 감시하는 사람이 없다. 오로지 빨갱이가 90%를 차지하고 있다는 선관위만이 문을 걸어 잠그고 투표관리를 독점한다는 것은 그 자체가 코미디다.

 

김진태의 입장에서는 이번 기회를 “투표관리 시스템”의 신뢰성을 검증하는 계기를 마련하기 위해 선거결과와는 무관하게 오로지 “시스템의 신뢰성 검증” 차원에서 문제를 제기하는 것이 국가의 미래를 위해 매우 유익할 것이라는 생각이 든다.

 

Has Kim Jin-Tae Been Defeated? He Has Many Things to Do

 

Many persons in patriotic camp diagnosed Kim Jin-Tae to win overwhelming victory. But Red journalism always reported about Kim as a third runner. And the result has come out just the same to their reports. It strikes me that it is a conspiracy. Considering that even the young party member Kim Joon-Kyo won 30 thousand votes from the competition among eight runners, it conflicts with common sense that Kim Jin-Tae, who enjoyed overwhelming popularity in every national convention in every district, won only 20 thousands votes. All the systems in the world are planned based on the ethical view that human nature is fundamentally evil. The respective independence of the three powers of a State that everyone knows, -- the system in which Administration, Legislation and Judicature, which are known to have public credibility, are checking each other, is the basic mechanism which prevents any power from running alone. Checking any power from running alone means that they have to check burglar’s evil-mind. Even the judges who are known to make judicial judgement according to conscience, have burglar’s evil-mind. That’s why 2nd court is checking 1st court, and 3rd court is checking 2nd court.

 

By the way, what is most deplorable is the election management system of this time. The voting, which is made between individual cellphones and the computers in vote management room, is illegal itself. There is no one who monitors what kind of trick are those who have cellphones playing and what kind of trick are those who operate the computers playing. The fact that only the Election Management Committee, which are said to be composed of the Reds up to 90 percent, has a monopoly of the vote management, locking doors from inside, -- it is a comedy itself.

 

In Kim Jin-Tae’s position, it would be better for him to take this opportunity to provide a momentum for testing credibility of the ‘vote management system’. Accordingly, it occurred to me that it would be very beneficial for future of the State if he bring up a question on this matter only in the level of “testing credibility of the system” regardless of election result.
