계엄은 민주당의 내란을 정복하는 정당한 수단

 

[작용]과 [반작용] 개념 도입해야

 

논리 전쟁에서는 전달력이라는 것이 제일 중요하다. 전달력을 키우려면 프레임 정리부터 잘해야 한다. 아래는 내가 생각해낸 프레임이다.

① 계엄은 두 정치세력 사이에 벌어진 [충돌]의 한 현상이었다.

② 충돌은 [작용]과 [반작용]으로 구성된다.

③ 민주당의 [작용]이 먼저였고, 윤 대통령의 [반작용]이 나중이었다.

④ [민주당의 작용]은 헌정질서를 파괴하는 [국정 훼방] 행위였고, [대통령의 반작용]은 헌정질서를 방어하려는 [계엄]이었다.

 

[작용]은 민주당의 내란행위

 

공격은 민주당이 먼저 했다.

① 대통령과 검찰 특활비를 0원으로 잘랐다. 이는 대통령이 대통령 역할을 할 수 없도록 하는 국정 훼방행위였고, 다분히 감정적인 집단 폭력행위였다.

② 국가를 운영하기 위해 존재하는 핵심 장관들을 줄줄이 탄핵시켜 국정을 마비시켰다. 이 자체로 내란이다.

③ 국가 경제를 마비시키기 위해 상업법, 양곡법, 노란봉투법 등 악법을 무더기로 쏟아냈다. 다수당의 집단 횡포였고, 공포를 양산하는 [해악의 고지]행위였다. 그래서 폭동이었다. [폭동]이라는 뜻은 물리적 힘을 행사하는 것에 제한되는 것이 아니라 심리적 정신적 충격을 주는 공포행위도 포함한다.

 

민주당의 위와 같은 대통령 공격행위야말로 대통령이 가진 국가권력을 민주당이 찬탈하는 행위였다. 내란의 정의에 일치하는 집단 폭행 즉 [내란 폭동]이었다.

 

[반작용]은 대통령의 계엄

 

[계엄]은 민주당의 내란 행위를 제압하기 위한 대통령의 정당한 권리행사였다. 계엄 포고는 정당한 것이었지만, 실행이 면밀하지 못해 다수당 횡포와 여론몰이에 되치기당했을 뿐이다. 내란은 민주당이 저질러놓았는데 그 내란의 굴레를 어이없게도 윤석열이 뒤집어쓴 것이다.

 

       결 론

 

계엄은 민주당의 내란을 제압하기 위한 윤 대통령의 헌법행위이자 애국행위였다.

Martial law declared by President Yoon was rather a legitimate and a patriotic means of subduing the Democratic Party's internal insurrection.

 

The concepts of [action] and [reaction] must be adopted.

.

Communicative skill is the most important factor in a war of logic. In order to improve communicative skill, people must first organize the frame well. The followings are the frames I have come up with.

 

① The Martial law was a phenomenon of the [conflict] between the two political powers.

② The conflict is comprised of [action] and [reaction].

③ The Democratic Party's [action] happened earlier, and President Yoon's [reaction] came later.

④ The [Democratic Party's action] was an act of [interruption of state affairs] that destroyed the constitutional order, and the [President Yoon's[reaction] was [martial law] declared to defend the constitutional order.

 

The [action] was the Democratic Party's internal rebellion.

 

The Democratic Party initiated an offensive first.

 

① The Democratic Party cut the budget of the presidential office and the prosecutor's office's special activity budget completely down to nil. This was an unprecedented sabotage of state affairs, banning the president from fulfilling his duties as president of a nation, and an emotional act of collective violence.

 

② The Democratic Party impeached key cabinet ministers one after other, who were responsible for running the country, that totally paralyzed state affairs. This in itself is an internal rebellion.

 

③ Under the pretext of majority, the Democratic Party enacted a bunch of bad laws including the Commercial Act,the Grain Act, and the Yellow Envelope Act, that would, no question, paralyze the national economy. This was a collective tyranny committed by the majority party and an act of an evil influence notice that created widespread fear. For this reason, it was a riot. The term [riot] is not limited to the exercise of physical force, but also encompasses acts of terror that inflict psychological and emotional shock.

 

The Democratic Party's above-mentioned attack on the president was an act of usurping the state power held by the president. It was a collective assault that conformed to the definition of internal rebellion, that is, a [rebellious riot].

 

[The counteraction] was the president's martial law.

 

President Yoon's declaration of the [Martial law] was president's legitimate exercise of his rights to suppress the Democratic Party's rebellious actions. The declaration of martial law was justified, but due to the laxity shown in the martial law execution stage, President Yoon had to bear the blunt of the sharp backlash from the majority party and public opinion manipulation. Despite the fact that the Democratic Party perpetrated the rebellion first, President Yoon Seok-yeol, absurdly, was forced to shoulder the burden of the rebellion.

 

Conclusion:

 

In a word, the martial law was a constitutional and patriotic act declared by President Yoon Seok-yol to suppress the Democratic Party's rebellion.
